Tread Tension Sensors FSS-25, FSS-50 und FSS-100
Thread tension sensor FSS is a sensor for determination of the power of a thread, yarn or wire in textile machine industry and wire production.
Tread tension sensor is founded on a ceramic hybrid. A signal conditioning completes the electronics. Output signal is a voltage proportional to the force of the thread. It is available as FSS-25, FSS-50 and FSS-100 for 25cN, 50cN and 100cN.
It consists of a robust housing made of aluminium with stable mounting possibility, yarn leading by reels and a overload protection for the force stick.
